Italian tailoring company Boglioli last week opened its first store in the US at 10 Bond Street in New York City’s NoHo district.

Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran of Dimore Studio designed the 1,000-square-foot store, and it features brushed metal shelving units and luxurious carpeting to complement the brand’s fine tailored garments. The US flagship store carries the Boglioli men’s collection and it will add its women’s offering in the fall.

The New York City store is on the same street as Oak, A.P.C., Billy Reid, United Nude and Intermix, and is around the corner from C’H’C’M and Kith. Though the tailoring company may not fit in with the NoHo retail offering, it matches very well with the neighborhood’s upscale eateries such as Il Buco, Saxon + Parole and Gato.

Boglioli opened its first store in its home city of Milan in 2014 over one year after the appointment of Giovanni Mannucci as President and Chief Executive Officer. The brand also operates a retail location in Tokyo. In 2015, Mannucci named Davide Marello as Boglioli’s first Creative Director, and his first collection debuted in January.

Mannucci told the press that Boglioli will open a second US store in Miami this November.
