Britney Spears launches lifestyle collection
Britney Spears has partnered with Epic Rights to create a contemporary fashion and lifestyle collection of branded merchandise aiming to reflect her iconic artistry, style and creativity.
The collection will offer branded product in targeted categories that highlight Spears' contributions as an iconic artist, businesswoman, and mother. Launch categories include fashion apparel, hair care, accessories, exercise and electronics.
Spears said in a release that she is "excited" about the launch of the line which is being marketed as a "contemporary lifestyle collection."
Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, said that they see the lifestyle collection as a way to connect with the star's fans globally, explaining "Sharing her style and fashion sense through products she has developed is a testament to her authenticity as well as her commitment to and appreciation of the fans that have made it all possible."
"As a passionate artist, successful businesswoman and devoted mother, her strive for excellence is unparalleled," added Dell Furano, CEO of Epic Rights.
This year, Spears wrapped up a 4-year residency in Las Vegas that sold 1 million tickets and grossed $140 million for 250 shows. She kicks off a sold-out summer tour in July in Maryland.
In addition to the new lifestyle line, Spears has a top selling fragrance line with Elizabeth Arden, and also launched a fashion campaign with Kenzo this spring.
The Britney Spears Lifestyle collection is slated to launch Spring of 2019.
