Burberry embraces digital technology

Burberry has just launched its first 'evolving' ad campaign, where new cast members as well as new products will be revealed each month. Shot on Brighton beach in England by Mario Testino, the campaign will launch with the faces of British models Cara Delevingne and Jacob Young. ““We wanted to create a dynamic, evolving campaign that reflects the diversity of our broad global consumer, revealing new British cast members each month, all with their own identity, embodying the different attitudes of the Burberry guy and girl”, said Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s chief creative officer.



Similarly, Burberry has just opened for the 5th time its “From Runway to Reality” online store, where customers can shop for coats and bags that they saw on the live stream of the Burberry Prorsum A/W 2011 menswear runway show in Milan on the 15th January (the video is still available to watch on the website). A 24-hour ‘Click to Chat’ service also allows you ask questions to Prorsum’s sales team via the website or by telephone.
