New collaborations shake up the Converse planet. Firstly, exclusively for the French market at Colette department store from October 16, a pair of RED™ Converses.
The Paint Swatch sneakers dreamed up Damien Hirst are designed to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. These clean versions of the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe serve as the canvas for brush strokes that symbolize change. (10% of the selling price will go to the Global Fund against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria).They will be sold in Selfridges, Dover Street Market and at select specialised retailers.

Also to discover is the second round of Missoni for Converse. The partnership began last spring and continues this fall with two new models of the Chuck Taylor All Star. The range will be released during this month of October for 200 Euros in Italian shops and selected Converse retail outlets.
On the other side, Converse continues its Connectivity campaign with the musical collaboration grouping Hot Chip, Bernard Sumner and Hot City. The song and video ‘Didn’t Know What Love Was’ can be heard on the brand’s blog.
