The amount of the transaction was not revealed. The news should be made public shortly, and was confirmed to FashionMag by Venetian company FGF Industry. The latter, led by Enzo Fusco, acquired CP Company in 2010 from Carlo Rivetti's Sportswear Company.

Enzo Fusco has worked in the fashion industry for 40 years. He founded a design studio in 1990, then his own textile company, FGF Industry, which is the proprietor of several brands, among them Blauer, and generates a revenue of approximately €50 million.

The designer-entrepreneur will continue to supervise CP Company's design office within the Chinese group for two seasons. Trivision International is also set to retain the services of product director Stefano Polato, in order to ensure continuity for the brand.
