Estée Lauder makes appointments at MAC, Estée Lauder, Aerin Beauty, Bobbi Brown

Estée Lauder on Monday announced a number of leadership changes for its namesake brand, MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown and Aerin Beauty businesses in North America.

Gustavo Andriani has been appointed Senior Vice President, General Manager of MAC Cosmetics North America, effective October 3, 2016, Lisa Sequino is named Senior Vice President, General Manager, Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty North America, effective November 1, 2016 and Mendy Charlton is appointed Vice President, General Manager, Bobbi Brown North America also effective November 1, 2016.
 
In their new roles, Andriani, Sequino and Charlton will develop and lead the execution of their brand’s go-to-market strategies in North America overseeing Marketing, Account Management, Field Sales, Education/Artist Training, Development and Digital Marketing and Social Media strategies. The three executives will continue reporting to North America Group President Thia Breen, but they will add reporting lines to different executives. Andriani will report to Karen Buglisi-Weiler, Global Brand President, M·A·C Cosmetics, Sequino will report to Stéphane de la Faverie, Global Brand President, Estée Lauder and Charlton will report to Peter Lichtenthal, Global Brand President, Bobbi Brown & Bumble and bumble.

Andriani joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 2011 as Executive Director, Marketing, Estée Lauder North America, and in 2012, was promoted to VP Marketing, Estée Lauder North America. He most recently served as SVP, Key Account Management for Macy’s.
 
Sequino joined Estée Lauder in 2013 and held marketing and brand leadership roles for multiple brands including Tom Ford Beauty, Michael Kors, Tory Burch and Marni. She most recently served as VP, Key Account Management - Specialty-Multi, North America.
 
The third appointment, Charlton joined the company in 1998 and ascended the ranks from the store-level to Regional VP, South Central U.S. In 2008, she served as VP, Marketing, Estée Lauder North America before leaving the company in 2011 and returning in 2013 as VP, Key Account Management, Nordstrom.
