H&M celebrate's 500th North American store with Jaime King in Miami

H&M opened its 500th store in North America at Miami’s Dolphin Mall December 10 with actress and model Jaime King. The first 500 customers who arrived received between $10 to $500 ‘Access to Fashion’ gift cards and giveaways. Ten of the 500 also had the opportunity to meet Jaime King. U.S.

President of H&M, Daniel Kull, said “Dolphin Mall is one of the most vibrant shopping destinations in the US. It’s an important retail center that draws thousands of local customers and international visitors each year.”

To highlight the company’s environmental-conscious fashion, customers who donated apparel for the H&M ‘Garment Collecting’ program before the store’s grand opening also won gift cards valued between $50 and $250. Of H&M’s focus on sustainability, Jaime King said, “The opening of H&M in Miami was incredibly fun, and the recycling program they set up just makes them always at the forefront of fashion that is not only brilliantly chic, but also an innovator of conscious environmental fashion.”

H&M Hennes & Mauritz (publ) was founded in Sweden in 1947 with the goal of offering affordable, quality fashion in a sustainable way. Hennes & Mauritz also includes the brands & Other Stores, Cheap Monday and H&M Home. The H&M Group operates more than 3,700 stores in 61 markets.
