Pascal Houdayer, 46, is currently Corporate Senior Vice-President of the Laundry & Home Care division. He will be appointed to Henkel's global executive committee on 1st March 2016, and will take charge of the Beauty division from 1st May. Pascal Houdayer joined Henkel in 2011, having acted in several managerial positions at Procter & Gamble beforehand.
In 2014, Henkel's Beauty Care division generated nearly €3.5 billion in revenue, with adjusted EBIT standing at €544 million.
