Marchon and Calvin Klein on Friday announced the renewal of their global eyewear licensing agreement, which marks the 25-year milestone since the two companies first became partners in 1992.

As per the agreement, the American eyewear manufacturer and distributor will continue to be the exclusive designer, developer, producer, and distributor of Calvin Klein ophthalmic and sunglass collections, under the Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Jeans and 205W39NYC brands.

“We are incredibly proud to continue our longstanding and successful partnership with Calvin Klein and be a part of the exciting and reinvigorated brand under Raf Simons’ creative vision,” said Nicola Zotta, president and CEO of Marchon Eyewear, Inc. “Our collaborative teams share the same drive for excellence and we are confident that we will continue to create innovative designs and products that drive the Calvin Klein eyewear business forward.”

The two companies extend their partnership after what has seemingly been a transformative year for Calvin Klein due to the hiring of Raf Simons. Calvin Klein in August reported an 8% increase in second quarter sales, which bumped up PVH’s total net sales by 6%.

Marchon this year entered into an eyewear manufacturing deal with Longchamp, and acquired a majority stake in Enternasyonal Gözlük, which has been the exclusive distributor of Marchon sunglasses in Turkey since 2010. The distributor has also been renamed Marchon Turkey.
