Marks & Spencer makes interim director changes
Marks & Spencer, the UK retail giant, has made changes in its director responsibilities for the interim while Executive Director, Multi-Channel Laura Wade-Gery is on maternity leave. Wade-Gery is off from September 1.
While she is away, Sacha Berendji, Director of Retail, and David Walmsley, Director of M&S.com, will report temporarily to Marc Bolland, Chief Executive Officer. The company's Chief Finance Officer, Helen Weir, will take over responsibility for e-commerce distribution during the period.
Wade-Gery will return to M&S in early January 2016.
