The New York City flagship store will be a 250,000-square-foot, multi-level store that will anchor the one million square foot Shops at Hudson Yards. The flagship will offer customers Neiman Marcus’ luxury and fashion brand offering, as well as sweeping views over a public plaza and monumental meeting place, the Culture Shed, and the High Line.

“Neiman Marcus Group is delighted to announce that Manhattan will have its first Neiman Marcus! Hudson Yards presents the ideal location for a Neiman Marcus store. The project is a bold and innovative retail idea and one that complements how we view our Neiman Marcus Brand.” said Karen Katz, president and chief executive officer of Neiman Marcus Group.

Janson Goldstein possesses extensive experience in architecture and building design. Mark Janson and Hal Goldstein founded the firm in 1996 and were joined by partner Steven Scuro in 2000. The firm works with a number of fashion, hotel and development companies, including LVMH, the Four Seasons, W Hotels, Holt Renfrew, Burberry, Theory and DKNY among others.

Neiman Marcus also announced that it will open a full line store in Long Island at Roosevelt Field Mall in February 2016.
