Philippe Model finds its new brand manager at Valentino

Philippe Model has engaged the services of a luxury goods specialist. The top-of-the-range footwear brand has recruited Federico Dal Pra as brand manager. Dal Pra, formerly Sales Director of Valentino Homme for EMEA and the USA, has been given the mission of developing the brand's strategy.

He began his career at Staff International in the early 2000s, then, as a menswear specialist, he worked in sales management for Gucci, Prada, Cruciani and Belstaff.

Philippe Model is one of the high-value brands in the premium sneakers world. In 2009, the French designer, together with Italian designer Paolo Gambato, developed the concept of a premium urban sneaker produced in Italy.

Philippe Model has now attracted top-notch stores with its highly elaborate footwear, priced between €215 and €340 for women, men and children.

In addition to seasonal collections, the label creates special series and works on collaborations. It operates a showroom in Milan and a 250 sq m showroom in Paris with its French agent Wearhouse.

Philippe Model has a distribution network of approximately 200 shops and generates a turnover of nearly €40 million.
