Raymond's One Park Avenue to roll out international expansion
The suiting fabrics and ready to wear manufacturer Raymond Group’s subsidiary, Park Avenue, have announced that they will be expanding internationally with their One Park Avenue initiative.
Raymond Group recently launched One Park Avenue from their subsidiary Park Avenue and the brand is set to be driven by a forceful marketing strategy that will see it expanding overseas in the near future. Through this aggressive expansion plan, One Park Avenue aims to become a major player in the male grooming industry.
One Park Avenue have announced that their first international expansion will be into the Middle East, Bangladesh, and Nepal in Phase One of their long term plan. Phase Two will see them enter the South Asian markets of Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. Exact dates have not been set as yet but the brand assures that these expansions, both Phase One and Two, will take place within the coming six months. “We are entering a whole transformation phase with the FMCG sector,” said Gautam Hari, the Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Limited.
International expansion for One Park Avenue is part of the bigger picture of Raymond’s overarching expansion plans.
“We are looking at this as a complete retail environment which cover the whole retail gamut including mom-and-pop stores and in the digital space. What we will do will be unique in retail strategy and you will see us with the FMCG products in many new formats in [the] next six months,” said Hari.
