Sephora launches 2-day experiential beauty event Sephoria
Sephora is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a 2-day immersive beauty event this fall in LA. "Sephoria House of Beauty" will offer digital and physical activations for the retailer's top 50 prestige beauty brands.
Sephoria House of Beauty will feature brand founders, influencers, custom products, services, classes, hot beauty brands, and one-of-a-kind swag in rooms that guests can discover as they journey through the experience.
Each room will immerse customers in the brand and product experience from Sephora's 50 most popular brands. According to the retailer, in addition to food and drink, the event will also offer the opportunity to make new friends and take selfies.
“Sephoria sets out to celebrate the often indescribable euphoria you get from playing in the vast world of beauty – from discovering game-changing products or trying out a new look to engaging with digital technology,” said Deborah Yeh, SVP of marketing and brand at Sephora, in a statement.
Yeh continued, "We’ve drawn from our deep understanding of the kinds of physical and digital beauty experiences clients love from Sephora, and set out to create the ultimate event that fuses fun, education and inspiration, and gives our community a place where they can live out all of their beauty fantasies.”
Sephoria is targeting new and existing customers, beauty advisors, media and influencers. Guests will be able to try on product, create new looks, experiment with new makeup application techniques, and experience Sephora's inclusive beauty community.
Sephoria will take place October 20 and 21 at The Majestic Downtown in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale in July and are offered in three different tiers of packages with loyalty members having special ticket offerings.
