Paris can start looking forward to the arrival of Tom Ford. The American designer, who just launched his own line some time after leaving Gucci, is getting ready to open two important points of sale in the French capital.

Tom Ford has certainly hand-picked his new partner, famous Parisian luxury retailer Simon Ibgui, for the sale of his products in the fashion capital. The latter owns seven properties spread across George V Avenue, François 1er Street and Saint-Honoré Street which are occupied by his other partner brands, such as Brioni, Kilton or Zegna. For the François 1er store, Tom Ford will be replacing Zegna after the retailer agreed with the italian brand that it was better to regroup all of its products together in its other store on George V Avenue, which was recently renewed.

For this store, expected to open during Spring/Summer 2012, Tom Ford is counting on 4 floors and 50 square metres of retail space to present and sell its men’s collections. The launch date of the Saint-Honoré boutique is still unknown, although it apparently consists of a 450m² area and will offer both mens and womenswear. The new stores can be expected to have a similar luxurious look to those located in Milan or New York, especially the one in Beverly Hills that just opened.
