Founded in 2003 in New York City, Stylesight has more than 200 employees, though some sources say that many will laid-off as a result of the takeover. Amongst its clients, Stylesight boasts names such as Target and Macy’s.

Based in London, WGSN was founded in 1998 and has since expanded to include offices in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In a statement, WGSN commented: "The combined management team looks forward to exploring ways the customer experience will be enhanced, and further announcements will be made in due course."
