While Revlon's Elizabeth Arden acquisition in late 2016 buoyed quarterly sales, revenues dropped on a pro forma basis, pushing Revlon shares down a whole 23% Friday, the biggest decline since the 2008 financial crisis.
Revlon posted increases in as reported net sales for the fourth quarter and fiscal year, led by a solid performance from its international business. Despite the sales jump, the company's net loss widened.
The beauty brand has unveiled a new fragrance called "White Tea," capturing a moment of serenity and pure wellbeing. Available in several formats, the scent is due on sale from late January or early February 2017.
